Because the organization was used to this system, and it was hard to customize it, Narayanan decided to integrate it with the company's ERP on a real-time basis. This would bring down the number of licenses that the company was using. Today, thanks to Narayanan, the company is delivering more than 2,000 circuits in a month with only 175 user licenses. He wants to take that number to over 4,000 circuits per month in the next two years.
