The entire plant is operated by robotics, that are controlled by IT systems. Robots control internal plant logistics and movement of components and tyres from one work-center to another. The entire production planning is dynamic and controlled through home-grown software that integrates multiple systems like production scheduling, tracking and classification of tyres, visual display management, and trending based on demand. This enables the management with information to take business decisions for optimum plant functioning.
