The solution also integrates with the company's customer portal. With the new solution, the turnaround time for editing existing templates has reduced from a couple of months to a matter of minutes. "The solution offers better document template management by breaking them into fragments, which helps us dynamically load templates on demand and mix different fragments,"explains Rustogi. The system is also capable of maintaining different versions of fragments, enabling Kotak to retrieve older templates with ease. The communication platform made the merging of related documents possible and as a result it lowered correspondence costs by 30 percent.
