The result, Reliance MindBridge, is a fully-integrated unified conferencing platform and is Reliance Globalcom's answer to the enterprise market's need for a conferencing solution with a stable architecture and high level of data integrity. "The integration with the audio bridge was a first-of-its-kind in India. We are one of the first telecom companies to allow users to change their passcode online using this platform,"says Saraswat. Reliance Mindbridge's self-service features enabled the company to comply with many of their customer needs. The system currently caters to 150 enterprises and boasts of nearly 2,500 individual users.
