While working on a greenfield integration project, the company began to appreciate the need to streamline its document management process. With business process automation, Mishra streamlined the business' workflow and took the company towards a paperless office. The project enhanced the company's service delivery levels and helped business improve internal and external customer satisfaction while augmenting productivity. The initiative also trimmed the cycle time for business processes. Mishra also implemented a single sign-on based unified portal with the document management system. This helps the company manage the complete lifecycle of electronic records from the moment they're captured till they're archived while retaining their integrity, authenticity, and accessibility through a single window.
