In order to make that happen, Parthasarathy turned to analytics to shape the company's business analytics strategy. As a first step, he built a common analytics platform for integrated intelligence across the group. Parthasarathy then met with leaders from individual business units (BU) to confirm the BI metric framework and right-size the architecture and hardware for the deployment. After overseeing a smooth rollout, he made sure that the technology was being adopted by it users. He instituted a top down approach, where business leaders from some BUs championed BI adoption. Today, the project helps the group establish a single version of truth, improve an user's ability to make insightful decisions faster, and provide users with a single point of entry to information.
